Not a great product

I recently purchased a lil moo and was not happy with the product. it takes a long time to heat and the battery goes dead far to quick! I had emailed admin and asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and have had no response. For the price I paid I expected something better. Not a happy customer and I would still like a refund!!!

Great idea but takes ages to warm up

This product is such a great idea but it does take a long time to warm the milk and it needs to be charged after each use.

Worth it

Very convenient. Easy to use. I just need to remember to bring the charger as it needs to be charged after warming up approximately 4 bottles.

Hi Vik, our warmers heat breast milk or water via slow heat technology to ensure it's safely heated and to eliminate hot spots which is especially important when warming breast milk. It still only takes 5-10 minutes from room temperature and you can heat ahead of time and ir will hold the desired temp. Feel free to email us at admin@lilmoo.co.nz if you have any other queries.
